All installation and configuration problems and questions

Hi,
I have this setup:
Ingroup1 - One remote agent is logged in here which is an on-hook agent and goes to a deskphone with extension 475. This ingroup has a Drop call seconds setting of 75 which drops the call to ingroup2.
Ingroup2 - One remote agent is logged in here which is a mobile simcard which registers on the vicidial system as an extension 501 (are these used in the USA too?)
When a call comes in on ingroup1 and the remote agent doesn't answer his phone the call goes to the second ingroup and there it is answered. But if you look at the realtime main screen it says the phone of the agent in ingroup1 is still ringing and it keeps ringing endlessly. I've seen this in other cases as well. What could be causing this?

Two possibilities I can think of: Asterisk version is wrong somewhere or there's a missing "h" extension in at least one context in extensions.conf or an included file (like extensions-vicidial.conf).
