Have you considered using RANK or OWNER to store a "metro area" value and then use that field in the "list order"? This would allow the leads to dial by metro area as long as you can Identify Metro Areas in some fashion.

Might be a good idea to help a few people visibly before claiming "best" (or even "good" for that matter). PROVE your knowledge level. Answer a few questions. Help out. After you've demonstrated your abilities, you'll be able to use those posts to show you know at least Something about Vicidial. From what I've seen so far, you know ... the Name? lol
