Hi Guys,
I have a problem that when I go to one of our campaign and to real time summary, the "Dropped Percentage" "Dropped/Answered" "Calls Today" is not giving me any reports or value. They're just (zero). Other metrics/report works fine. I know this shouldn't be a concern but my client has limited manager access to his campaign and surprise when he mistakenly conclude that there's no call take placed today.

1. check /etc/astguiclient.conf and check keepalives processes are set to 123456789E if single server or 123468 if a server in cluster envrionment.
2. check voicemail server in system settings is set to a dialer server.

Hi thanks for the response.
1. Yes is it, active and not in commented line 123456789E (we're using single dedicated server for the dialer).
2. Yes voicemail is set to the dialer server.
Any other option how to do fix this? Other campaign works fine on the realtime tho. Thanks
