HI I GOT SOME PROBLEM IN OUR CENTER.. MY VICIDIAL SOMETIME, JUST KEEP ON AUTOCONFERENCE BETWEEN TWO AGENTS... HOW CAN I DISABLED THIS OR RESOLVED THIS PROBLEM?

have them logout properly.
click the logout button hang up the phone if its not yet hanged up than just closing the browser window.
next time please use the search function and stop typing in all caps because it is rude.
