AMD Not Working

We are using the above mentioned version of Vicibox 8.1.2 and AMD is working on calls, when we use extension 8369 still we get voicemails as we get using extension 8368 in campaign settings, Please update how we can set AMD to start working?

i have a similar thread open which is still not resolved. we moved to using 8.0.1 vicibox which resolved our issues.

AMD is an Asterisk Module, but is installed by the Vicibox installer. It is not related to Vicidial, however there are some settings in the Vicidial Web Interface that can affect AMD. If AMD is not working, your best bet is to set up a test call to a known answering machine and another to a known human and play with those settings until you succeed. After that, some tweaking will likely still be needed as all answering machines are different (not like there's some sort of universal "i'm a machine" tone required legally or something).

If you familiarize yourself with the AMD configuration options, which is an Asterisk Module unrelated to Vicidial, you'll get the idea.

same issue with this one. I modify some setting of amd.conf will do the job. Best to test it first..

Is that possible if i put AMD configuration of Vicibox 7.0.4 into extensions.config file of Vicibox 8.1.2, would that work?
