Is there somewhere a Start talk URK, not start call URL? Or where in the vicidial i can configure the launch of the script at the beginning of the talk, not the call (after the beeps, when the client answered the call)?

1. Post your vicidial and asterisk version, build and installation method
2. Give us much more details (e.g. manual dialing or adapt...) . What do you want to achieve?

installation method: express
Manual dialing:
We have to call our customer service at events:
- the beginning of the call
- the beginning of the conversation
- end of the call.
With the above events, we call the service, so that the logic in the CRM associated with the processing of requests would work.
Example:
GET requests of the form
Initiate call start: http: //server/agc/api.php? Source = BPM & user = 11111 & pass = 123 & agent_user = agent1 & function = external_dial & phone_code = 380 & value = XXXXXXXXX
End a call: http: //server/agc/api.php? Source = test & user = 1111 & pass = 12345 & agent_user = agent1 & function = external_hangup & value = 1
We need a similar initiation of the Start Talk.

Likely require something akin to a special agi script or dialplan entry (or perhaps a combination thereof). Dialplan and AGI are both aware of ANSWER, for instance.
But to date I've not seen this functionality in Vicidial core anywhere. You could check in the agi-bin and see if there's a tidbit left in there that's not documented.
