Guys,
i started a new setup and facing problem getting TFN/Voip to route calls from inbound marketing.
i bought one DID through indian tech support team who helped me install my server and systems but that DID never gets verified by Google Advert and goes under review after 30 minutes of activation.
Today, 31st December 2018, i bought Vonage business TFN with 10 extensions but from understanding and look of it, it is vonage dailer based system and wont work with Vici Dial because of extensions etc. The support team couldnt help because they dont know what Vici Dial is & when probed regarding soft phone they said i can do the setting myself and it should work but i dont know how to.
Please help me here as Vici Customer Support confirmed only forum techs are aware of such information not the Vici Dial Support team because they deal with their own provider and cloud base services mostly.
