Download and read the Vicidial Manager's Manual.

And look at the top menu when you see that category undefined default entry. You may notice a useful link.

But the Manager's Manual will have Much Much more stuff. And free ...

(Although I recommend the paid version if you will be relying on this software for your paycheck for a few years.)
