cannot login to vicidial via VPN..

Hello all,
i'm a Vicidial newbie, but i'm learning fast

last evening installed Vicibox at the office and played a little bit, using 6666/1234 login/pass.
Vicidial's ip is 10.10.100.107 (eth0)
Now i'm trying to access it via a vpn server and it does not accept login/pass..
Vpn's ip is 10.129.11.13 (ppp0)
I suppose there is a restriction on this ?
How can i access it? I do not want to expose it to internet..

VPN access is not special. Your VPN must be configured to allow you access to 10.10.100.107 to make it work. Vicidial does NOT care if you're using VPN. However: With proper firewall configuration, VPN access is pointless.

i have somewhere on the net a vpn server and i connect there both my computer at home and Vicidial.
i can ping and ssh to vicidial..
but 6666/1234 is not accepted, with the message "Login incorrect, please try again"
i have disabled the firewall...

You can only log in with 1234 the first time, it immediately requires you to change the password. So you likely did.
