We have calls that suddenly hungup in the middle call without us even knowing the call was dropped. No sound was notified. Not even the hungup.

Post the Asterisk CLI , the reason could be many

Session timers
NAT
One of the call parties Hangup
Others

Was the dropped call the Lead disappearing from the meetme room or the AGENT call disappearing from the meetme room? CLI should tell you which. Makes a big difference.

Since you already answered "agent call disappearing from meetme room", I presume you checked the asterisk CLI to get this information (probably), so you could post the single-call hangup output if you're not sure ...
