issue with the CLI lead loader

I'm having an issue with the CLI lead loader with a file, every phone number comes back as invalid. If I do the same file through the web lead loader, it works with no issue. Not sure where to begin tracking down the issue, since it works one way but not the other way.

I think I figured it out. I was exporting this file from access and I think the way I was exporting it was messing up the formatting. Once I was corrected the export format, the file worked perfectly.
