Switch Custom Fields

I want to learn how to create switch custom field in a list.. For example i have:

list_id = 100 , list_name = test100
list_id = 101 , list_name = test101

What should i write at Field Options when i choose Field Type 'SWITCH' to show the button for switch from list 100 custom fields to list 101 custom fields

After switch forms, content of --A--dialed_number--B-- didn't come up, but other variable like --A--first_name--B-- is populated correctly.

Is it a bug?!

A custom field set on type SWITCH, with two options (lists):
8001,FORM1
8002,FORM2

If agent press button to switch from FORM1 to FORM2:
This variable is preserved: --A--first_name--B--
This variable isn't preserved: --A--dialed_number--B--

But, after hit 'reset form' the content of --A--dialed_number--B-- is displayed.
