Hi All,
Can some one help me as schedule callbacks are not working for me. Schedule call back is yes in campaigns and also on user level. When i select schedule callback status after hangup call it shows me calendar and i set date and time on it but when the time came i did not receive any call or server shows any activity. Your help would be highly appreciated.

If you check user only callback checkbox, then the call will not be auto initiated.
The call will be auto initiated only if you uncheck user only callback.
And also check the server timing in reports field to check the timing of your country, if the server time is grater than your call back date and time then the call will not be auto initiated.
