Autodail call hung

when I am trying to dial using auto dial with ratio 2:2 call are not in live for more than 4 seconds it hung ups in 4 seconds when I am using in manual dialing calls are connecting. please guide me to solve this issue

Imposible to help you without Asterisk CLI logs when this happen

1) Reinstall with Vicibox.com's .iso image. Or at least use the Wiki from Goautodial if you MUST have CentOS (best CentOS installer out there for Vicidial).

2) Probably a firewall issue, but I see you've tossed some random information in there that makes me question ...

3) If you set ratio to 1 does it work?

4) Does the asterisk CLI show the call terminated due to "RTP inactivity for more than XX seconds"? If so: firewall! Shut off the firewall during a test call to verify.
