DONEM Status?

I've just seen this pop up on a lead for the first time just before I dispo'ed it to SALE. The reps are asking me what it means. Can someone help me with an answer?

It's a hard-coded internal temporary in-between status that should not stick to a lead unless something goes wrong with the agent screen as it's processing a function at the end of a call.
