Delay to connect to Vicidial and Softphone

Hi!
I am experiencing a delay to connect my softphone to vicidial . We have a delay between asterisk y agent
My zoiper takes 30 sec to connect with zoiper and there is a delay with any operation to , inbound and outbound.

My server

Installed with ViciBox 7.2 and I checked the ntp too and is fine

ViciBox 7.0.4 vs ViciBox 7.2? There was no "7.2" for Vicibox so that's a bit confusing.

Asterisk CLI output would be useful. From a single test incident, not 3000 lines of code of course.

And the log for the associated apache login moment. Assuming you are talking about an agent logging in, then 30 seconds later their phone ringing.

Check for error logs, of course. And check in the /var/log/astguiclient logs for all then relevent events to see where the process stops.

I have opened Asterisk -CLI yhe only weird case is:: chan_sip.c:4101 retrans_pkt: Timeout on 344379038-1249414545-838087632 on non-critical invite transaction
For example I send the call , hangup the call and I see the hangup 30 seconds later
The "Only person in this conference" message takes 20

We reserve skyp and chat for paying clients. Our page is not down, but is does have a security system which blocks bad IP blocks. You may be in a location that has offended our firewall at some point.

Apparently someone from Your Neck of the Woods has offended the firewall. After you are a client, we can reopen that range or at least your IP. In the meantime, you can become a client by skipping the main web and going directly to the catalog. The catalog has a ... less reactive firewall. There was a link directly to the catalog in the PM.
