hi

i have vicibox 7.02

and i need to put the letter " + " before the my numbers , but the form in the campaign menu , dont let me do it , the carrier recommend me

i have to add the next line in the the trunk configuration :

exten => _01X.,2,Set(CALLERID(num)=+XXXXXXXXXX)

but i liked to add from the campaign menu....

otherwise I would have to create more trunks.

can you help me?

don't have time to code it for you right now: but you CAN use the callerid number variable and add a plus.

long method: store the caller ID number in a variable. Then set the callerid number to "+" followed by the variable you just created. Poof. Plus added to any caller ID going to that carrier. Put it after the "agi" and before the "dial".
