Problem importing leads

Postby albatroz » Wed Sep 26, 2007 10:10 am

Some weeks ago I started having problems importing leads in a list.
First the command line didn't work, when it should (I tried it some
months ago, and worked fine)

Now I am trying importing with the web tool included in Vicidial for
that purpose. But I am now getting this result as if the file was kind of empty.

Any ideas to solve this issue?

That is what you are supposed to get when you set it to custom format, what is the problem you are having exactly?

When I tried this before, I could choose the name of the column in the CSV file so I could associate it with the corresponding one in the Vicidial database.
Now this does not appear all I get is this NONE name.

Open your file in a text editor, is it really CSV?

The import script does not validate if it is really a CSV file, it just goes by the extension.
