How to Setup DYNAMIC & Whitelist Firewall?

Can you please provide a detailed step by step instruction set for enabling the dynamic & whitelist (other service public ips) firewall on my cluster?

Also, my cluster has 1 express + 4 extra diallers only servers. They only have public ips and NOT private IPs.
I have added all the dialers ips to yast firewall on the express server. And I have whitelisted the express server on all the dialers. This allows me to effectively operate as a private network within the datacenter.

How can I enable the dynamic + whitelist firewall so that it allows for the setup above? Also, I cannot find any step-by-step instructions or documentation on setting up the firewall. If there is one, can you please post a link as I have tried but cannot find it for "dynamic" and "whitelist" firewall.
