Need Expert Consulting for Data Management

We are running a call campaign, and have a database of millions of data records that we are dialing. Our team is managing the dialers/data to the best of their ability, but I'm sure there is a lot that could be done to optimise and make our performance better.

I'm looking for a VICIdial expert who could come in and have a look at how we are managing our data and dialers, and let us know what could be done to increase our connectivity and conversion rates.
