Well i am here with another problem/question.
When i am creating new Campaign and when clicking on detail view it's not showing me option > Allowed Inbound Groups.
in Campaign Allow Closers = Yes
and on in-group fronter display = Yes
now when i create new campaign it doesn't show me Allowed Inbound Groups.
Another question is that according to the Manager Manual.
For a closer call coming from an inbound group you need to use the name of the campaign prefixed with a "CL_" and affixed with a "_L". For instance if you wanted to have a CLOSER take a call from a fronter on the VICIDIAL
TESTCAMP campaign, you would need to create an In-group called "CL_TESTCAMP_L".
Mean i have one campaign abc so i will be creating in-group by the name of CL_abc_L ?
and do a agent whom i need to transfer call must use extension starting from num 90009 or 990009 ?

The allow-closers field is to allow the agents to send the call to a closer.
To make a campaign a CLOSER-type campaign it needs to have one of the following things in the campaign_id:
BLEND
CLOSER
INBND
_I
_C
_B
