FreeSwitch and Vicidial Survey Campaign

Hello,

I have vicidial connected to a freeswitch auto dial campaign works but survey dosent play the recording.

i get this "520 invalid command syntax playback agi-VDAD_ALL_outbound"

Please help.

1) Welcome to the Party!

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (7.X.X?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) Considering how much information you've given regarding your system, the only advice I have at present is "you should fix that". Perhaps it would help if you explained the interaction between FreeSwitch and Vicidial.

that's the installer version. now about the rest of it ...?

(Note that any version of the installation cd can be used to install any version of Vicidial, so "vicibox" version is NOT "viciDIAL" version)

FreeSwitch is the gateway of the vicidial, i have a survey campaign, it has to play a recording to the customer and hangup.

But the recording is not play just hangup, if i do a manual call work fine, or even auto dial campaign with agents.

Progress. Have you tried without Freeswitch? (at least confirming that the audio will play and it's somehow related to FreeSwitch)

But first, check the asterisk CLI output for any error that may be related. Usually "not playing the recording" is due to incorrect audio format. Note that being able to play the audio in a web browser means NOTHING.

If i try with a2billing for example it works fine, the recording is play.

And the error i see is this

Where do you see this error? In what application? In a web page? In an error log? Post the entire line (or several) if it's in a log, including what leads up to the error (since that will ordinarily contain the error it's upset about, lol).

Not 3000 lines of unrelated code, BTW, just ONE call from beginning to end including the error. Preferably a test call with NO other traffic that would confuse the issue
