List override active

Hi Team,

I recently installed vicidial, downloading the latest .iso from vicibox.com. However i ve run into a problem. Where voicemail does not get played in autodial campaigns and when we go to Answering Machine Message field from campaign -> details.. there is red sign saying list override active.

I went to list and also selected same voicemail from there but still voicemail goes blank.

I had never noticed the voicemail options in list too. I think it has launched in new version or something.

How to resolve this? Any help would be appreciated.

I also have managers manual. It says if any of the settings are active at list level, the override message gets displayed at campaign level. But even though there is no voicemail selected at List level this message keeps on appearing. I think this is a BUG with current build of vicidial which is available for download on vicibox.com
