No login time on stats page for remote agent

When i go to the linked user for a remote agent account and look at the Agent Stats page i can only see logout entries and not login timestamps. Is this by design or a bug?

i'm having trouble figuring out why either one would be present. remote agents don't log in or out.

?? Of course they do. Via the vdremote.php page.

activate/deactivate is not the same as "login / logout". I'm surprised either one shows up in any log during activation or deactivation.

i can definitely see why you would want the remote agent version (instead of the admin version) to be logged. was that same method used for login and logout? Or did someone use the management activate to turn them on and then the remote agent portal to log out?

We have nightshift workers who use the vdremote login and use an on hook mobile to receive calls and in the morning the go to the vdremote page again and de-activate themselves. You can see this as a LOGOUT timestamp on the Agent Stats page but the LOGIN event is not shown.
