Wait time option press callback queue for on-hook agents

I tested the press callback queue feature for an ingroup with on-hook agents but when the callback request is dialed by the campaign the on-hook agent is not dialed. Is this by design?

Yes, this feature was never intended to work with on-hook agents.

Another way to say that is "that would have cost more, and the sponsor didn't need it, so it doesn't work with OnHook agents". Could be developed, obviously.
