problem installing

I am trying install for out bound callcenter....i am getting error
while reloadingpearl MC -pan..... command....and result is iam able to dial mannualy but PD is notok call are not coming to agent ....the error iam getting PATH NOTFOUNN.................
PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME IAM IN SERIOUS TROUBLE>
