About the audio in Campaign or Inbound Group.

Hello, everyone.

First, my VicidiaBox specs:
Vicibox 8.1.2 from .iso | Vicidial 2.14.-711a Build 190607-1525 DB Schema 1571 | Asterisk 13.21.1-vici | Single Server | No Extra Software After Installation | Dell 1950 |
| Intel Xeon X5355 2.66GHz - 8 Cores | 16 GB RAM | 300GB SAS 10K

I have a question about the audio for "Drop Action" in Campaing or Inbound Group, is there way to increase the speed to play these audios? In my envoriement, it's about seven seconds to play these audios when the line is pickup.

ps: The file is on GSM format.

1) Excellent job posting your specs juliano.

2) The drop action doesn't happen until AFTER the "drop seconds" has been reached. If you want to perform the drop action sooner, reduce the drop seconds to ... Zero.

3) It's a bad idea to post an answer to your own question. What I mean by that is: If you post on your own question, phpBB considers that second post to be the Answer to whatever question was posted, and deletes your thread from the "unanswered" list. You got lucky cuz I already had the page up before you posted the 2nd entry. Could have been a week or two before someone got curious about your question and the answer to it only to discover there was no answer. lol
