Campaigns do not generate calls - Vicidal

Vicidial Version 2.14-717a
BUILD: 190724-1603
Asterisk 13.21.1-vici


I need help.

I am setting up an outbound call campaign, set the schedule, assign a list for the campaign, set the basic parameters, but the campaign does not make calls.

note: "the campaign is configured by copying data from another campaign that is on another server"


this server where I am setting up the campaign is a new installation

It can be many issues:

#1- Automatic Hopper Level: What it says ?
#2- The REALTIME what it says on: DIALABLE LEADS ????
#3- LEADS IN HOPPER ?????
#4- Asterisk CLI what shows '/??? any progress ? do you see call flow ?
#5- Carrier is properly setup ? IP is authorized on carrier ?

You need to bring more info to get better help, at this point, i am shooting at the air, but not sure if i can help at all

#1- Automatic Hopper Level: What it says ?
Automatic hopper level option is "Y"
#2- The REALTIME what it says on: DIALABLE LEADS ????
in the real-time report, it only indicates the available agent and the connection time

ups.! notice that I have the following message: NO LIVE CALLS WAITING
#3- LEADS IN HOPPER ?????
This campaign has 0 leads to be dialed in those lists. Will this be my problem?
#4- Asterisk CLI what shows '/??? any progress ? do you see call flow ?
when entering the asterisk no traffic or call attempt is observed
#5- Carrier is properly setup ? IP is authorized on carrier ?
The carrier is configured correctly, call manually from a SIP phone and the call is generated successfully

I had problems configuring my Call Time
