Team,

We have disabled the agent from viewing the customer number under the agent portal. but when they set up a callback they are able to view the customer phone number anyways.
How can I hide the customer number inside the callback window?

Since this can be done in more than one, way, please include the settings you have changed to hide the customer phone number.

Under Campaign - Disable Alter Customer Phone & Under System setting - Label Phone Number.

i want to do the contrary i mean when i make a callback it shows a fake numeber fake adress etc.i want that the agent see that.
any idea.i have isntalled the new vicibox9
