What is the filter to post in the Bug Tracker ? Any user could post a bug ? I think that 'casue if an user post in the Bug Tracker, when if not necesary because is a support problem.

What do you think, maybe i'm worng .

Yes, anyone can post to the tracker, and I regularly close support posts on there.
