Is there a way to keep displaying the chat discussion with the customer after finishing the chat? Because if the agent end the chat, then the discussion is no more available. This feature is needed because maybe the agent need to build summary about this chat discussion, so he needs to review the discussion and gather important information to build the summary, but this should be happen after finishing with the customer. How to do this and if the agent clicked on end chat, the discussion it self will be disappeared?
Also, Is it possible to highlight some sentences (or selecting a tag) during the chat or the voice call so it can be placed as notes which will be used as a help to build the discussion summary?
