hi friends ,
i am using MPLS line for outbound dialing when i use manual dial from a softphone the call is not geting connected.
it showing the sip message in (CLI>) like this
sip1090%0012127773456@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
and
when i do manual dial from the agent interface its connecting
it showing the sip message like this
sip1090#0012127773456@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
and my prifx = 1090#
plz give me any other solution is there
b'cos some agent's have to dial from a softphone for doing conference call

this may be help full try this
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(SIP/5006#${EXTEN}@siproute,50,Ttor)
5006# is the prefix for the provider.
