It's the second time now i encounter this. The CPU of the client computer goes to 100% and stays there once you login as agent with a webphone. With a softphone the situation slightly improves but still audio is choppy at times. This screenshot is from a brand new laptop from a client with nothing installed, no anti virus, no bloatware, nothing.
What could be causing this? We looked up some reviews of this laptop which were also quite negative. But even years ago i could run vicidial on the oldest most minimal computers. Are they really fabricating computers that have less power then computers from 5 years ago?
