HI guys i have a problem running on Avatar on vicidial where when the calls are on its peak, im getting overlapped calls happening on the call floor and the Load Average os the Database server is not that much Hitting 2.5 on htop and tried monitoring it with mytop for locked tables on the database and none so far i see, any suggestion guys.?

an the weird part is that even i stop dialing and all the agents are logout my asterisk server is still dialing its not stopping realtime at all any idea guys, seems to process the last previous calls

we have like 30 Agents

Running on 1 Database/Web and 1 Asterisk Server

Can you check if it's really dialing in the asterisk logs, if not its just the Realtime Display, try examining the asterisk DB using mysqlcheck, usually its a corrupt tables.

For my every setup, I make sure that I only allow 25 agents max per asterisk server.

Check your db tables, process and io of your db server.

any idea how do i check process on database, i will use mytop.? and for I/O..?

Yes on the asterisk call logs it still dialing while on the real time its already end by Out is appearing
