Caller ID Block: PRIVATE or UNKNOWING / from a DID

Hello gurus, how are you doing ?

Well, i would love to learn if you can guide me on how to "DISCARD" / reject any call flagged as PRIVATE or UNKNOWN number that is "hiding" a real number ...

we have a regular USA DID, sometimes someone just call from a blocked number just to ask about something, a serious buyer shouldn't call with a private number to inquire... we just want to drop those callers

Any help on it, will let us work better

You can set up a Filter Phone Group with the entries you want to route differently(hang up on), then enabled that on the DIDs you want to in the DID modify page.

i guess i was not clear ( may be / likely to happen: it is my bad understanding as well ENGLISH ), but what i mean is, when a customer call us from their cell or home number with *67+NUMBER, that on our side we can see: PRIVATE or BLOCKED, how do i get to block this guys / Reject this call
