AGENTDIRECT COPY

Hi,

I am trying to create a copy of AGENTDIRECT for local agent transfer. AGENTDIRECT was already used by account1 so I would need to create a copy of AGENTDIRECT (for account2)and named it to sample accountdirect but to my surprise the AGENT link in Transfer/conf is nowhere to be seen. I've created multiple copies and it seems like the AGENT link in trans/conf only works if the Ingroup name has AGENTDIRECT word in it like ACTAGENTDIRECT.

Let me know if this is normal.

If you read the manual it says

You can set up multiple AGENTDIRECT in-groups to be able to use different
settings for different groups of AGENTDIRECT calls. They just need to have AGENTDIRECT at the
beginning of the in-group name, such as AGENTDIRECT2, AGENTDIRECTA, etc
