Hi,
I know that Vicidial has an option from hiding the phone number from the agent UI. I also made the agents level 7 and activated the option to hide 4 digits from the number.
But if a number is hold as callback, the agent can still see the number. The number is shown at the "NUMBER" column (callback screen) and inside "INFO".
Is there a way to hide the number from Agents in all places?

There are not currently any options to hide the phone number from the agent's callbacks list.

Of course, it's just code. You just have to find where it's displayed and either comment it out or replace it with X's.

Thank you. I was taking a look at the code yesterday but I could't find it. If you or anyone here knows exatly where can I find it in the code that will be very helpful.

I managed to hide a part of the number in the CALLBACKS FOR AGENT section. The only thing left is to hide it from Customer Information section (it shows when you click the INFO button), but in the code i found that it's using AJAX to populate the table and all the data are called through an ID. Can anyone help me here?
