ADD DELAY BEFORE ABLE TO DIAL NEXT NUMBER (MANUAL DIALING)

Hi,

Is it possible to add a delay seconds after each call they made for a campaign on vicidial before they can dial the next number? We're dialing numbers manually. Thanks in advance

Have you tried the "Wrap Up" settings in the Campaign Detail admin screen?
