Leads not getting picked up from vicidial_hopper

Hi All,

I have installed Vicidial 2.13-502c with Asterisk 1.8.32.0 and MySql 5.6.37.

When I make a manual call and select call back or upload leads through load new leads, leads are been added in vicidial_hopper but they are not getting picked up from hopper list.

I have set campaign -> minimum hopper level = 5

I thought issue was with gmt_offset_now so I tried setting gmt_offset_now as 5.50 manually, still I face the same problem.

I have created a separate campaign names "BULK" and have assigned a separate list id 997 to it.

When I upload leads from "load new leads" , leads are been added into vicidial_hopper table but they are not getting picked up(i don't get calls).
And also, I don't get scheduled callsbacks.

What dialable statuses did you select in the campaign modify screen?

Dialable Statuses selected are : AFTHRS, DROP and NEW.

i am facing same issue leads are showing in hopper also status in campaign are ok NEW list id is also newly created

Usually a result of numbers that do not match the dialplan entry of any carrier. Those that do not match a dialplan do not appear in asterisk as calls. Since the AGI script on the first line of every carrier entry is what "attaches" the call to Vicidial and begins logging and managing the call, no diaplan = no attachment and no management. Thus Vicidial has no idea what happened with this call AND does not change the status to "In Progress".
