System Load

Good Day,
I want to confirm my system load if it is working good or not?
Because at time when hooper loads leads it takes load please check the install and config of my system and how can i make it better?

I installed vicibox 8.0.1 via iso and its Vicibox-express (Standalone server) from following link:
and my system specs are:

Dual Octa Core processors 2650
32 gb Ram
2 480gb Kingston A400 Sata SSD with Raid-1

Needed your help please update because if think my system is taking load and please suggest how can i make it better? Thanks.

I too would be curious to know more about this subject. What exactly is being read on the server to produce that "Load" info? Is there any way to clear it up? Suggestions on how to minimize that load balance? Is there any perl script or other to refresh that reported number manually or to check it on the server? this portion: System Load: >> 354 - 9% (the 354 number)
