Dial leads for each agent

Hi!
I have a problem, I have 5 agents to do outbound calls but each agent has assigned 100 leads dialing manual mode, my problem is how can I do that each agent just dial the leads that he has assigned ?

We can do that with Vici ?

Owner Only dialing. Set the 'owner' field of each lead to the user ID of each agent that it belongs to, then set Owner Only dialing to USER in the Campaign settings.
