Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding VOIP.
Is there a way to check how many credits our company has spend and around how much is the cost to pay without having the account of the detail.
Because we don't have the information only the provider.
Best,

only your voip provider can tell you how much your voip provider charges for minutes. your call logs will tell you how many minutes you used. since you've provided NO information about your system, i can not tell you where you might find those logs.

You could use a proxy or a billing system to audit your effective call time to compare with the info from your provider. You can try A2Billing or ASTPP.

Best,
file?maybe: /var/log/asterisk/ has some cdr folders that may be populated, depending on your configuration. Some configurations also have a cdr.db or sqlite.db file in that folder.
table? yes. look for the "call_log" and/or "vicidial_log" tables and of course all the other tables that end with "log" which may be relevant depending on your needs.

The most accurate option we've found is to use a SIP gateway, like OpenSIPs, to handle all call routing and logging. We've found OpenSIPs the be the most accurate option when comparing to carrier records, much more accurate than using any of the Asterisk logs. Of course, there are some carriers we've seen that are just nowhere near what any of our logging shows as far as usage, and we usually will recommend that our clients stop using those carriers for that very reason.

Thank you very much guys. Didn't know this accurate way with a SIP gateway like OpenSiPs, ( interesting ).
I am also looking for "call_log" and "vicidial_log" tables but can't find the path where they are located.

that's because they are tables. you access them via mysql.
