Difference between time in two reports

Hi,

Could you please help me to understand difference between agent time in two reports?

User_stats.php showing login time 09 hours while agent time detail report showing total time 8:30 hours for all activities like talk, wait, pause etc. Both reports should not match for total logged time for agent?

Nope. The agent time only shows time with clients, if no client was ever involved (login, never talk to someone, log out ...?) then it won't show in agent time detail. Those two reports are not meant to reconcile. They approach from different directions and pull from different logs. In fact, that's why they are different reports.
