I have a problem with a campaign that requires permission for the agent to pause, but when the option is "FORCE" the agent cannot return to the Agent main menu.
How can I put the "Go Back" or what form do I have to prevent the agent from going to rest without putting a pause code "?

Agent Pause Codes Active = FORCE
Menu Pause Code:
MGR Approval = YES

VERSION: 2.14-678a
BUILD: 180613-0943

2 pbx servers one of them has the web server

What do you want to happen when the agent hits pause but does not select a pause status?

Nothing , i agent can move without select a pause status because in the real time screen is in pause
