Vicidial Not Calling Internal Extensions

Hi Guys

I know it is an older version of vicidial and I must update

VERSION: 2.12-575a
BUILD: 161113-0900

When the agents log in the phone would ring and that would log them in.

But now the phone is not ringing.

I am getting the following error message:

a above you can see the extenion is 1080 - all the carriers are the same.

Any help would be much appreciated

Your system cant reach the extension 1080, what it is the status for sip show peer 1080 ?
