i have the vicidial 2.0.3 installed on my p4 pc and im trying to dial with the dialer and when i log into the http://192.168.0.50/agc/vicidial.php
the phone doesnt ring and the web page says

Noone is in your session: 8600051
Go Back

Call Agent Again

when i dial 8600051 i get into the conference but the dialer doesnt dial to the client
i only can dial with softphone manual not with the vicidial

any idea???? can anybody halpme........please sayme what can i do

Did you logged in from Softphone with same extension/phone which you used to login to vicidial?

Hi

there is a proceedure for the user to get call back

1. Login to Asteriks using soft or hard phone
2. http://ip/agc/
3. login phone and user / associated with x-lite

4. you get call back / answer that
5. you able to hear " you are the only person in conference"

if above steps correct.. then can go to next level
if not read again scratch_install
