Asterisk CLI Error

Hi Team,

Im facing multiples issue after doing scratch installation on CentOS 7 Asterisk 13.17.2

im not getting any outbound calls logs in asterisk CLI ( asterisk -r )

im only getting error message not full CLI logs

Can some one help me to enable my asterisk cli logger so that i can see the cli logs while calls are getting place and what replay we are getting from carrier

1) You are performing a scratch installation, but have not listed your installation .iso (ie: the CentOS .iso version you are starting with) and you have not posted a link to your installation instructions. Please be aware that the goal here is not JUST to get you up and running, but to save this information online so the next guy who tries to use that same installation method and hits the same snag can find this post and get the same solution.

2) More to the point: What if someone on here has already used those installation instructions and either has a better set OR a fix for the one you are using? You could get a direct link to get you fully operational immediately. Just a thought. (Please post a link to your installation instructions)

3) To view the asterisk CLI WITH perl errors (should any occur):

screen -r asterisk

Beware: This is not "a console" this is "THE console". If you hit ctrl-c, you will shut off asterisk. use ctrl-a then ctrl-d to detach from that screen and leave it running.

4) To add debugging to an asterisk console, you can use these:

kill them with

5) You should NOT be performing a scratch install. You should be installing from the Vicibox .iso installer. You're going to create a headache for yourself much worse than getting a used car with a lot of problems. This is more like getting a used car for which there are NO replacement parts and you'll have to machine all your own parts. Use Vicibox. That's why it exists. Rackspace has Vicidial servers running Vicibox right now. They aren't as inexpensive as some other colocation facilities (ahem, "PoundTeam Incorporated" comes to mind, as well as ViciHost.com ...)

i have re install the vicidial from scratch method this time i have install asterisk 13.21.0-vici

im facing 2 error on this as compare to asterisk 13.17.2-vici

Also i have spoken with Rackspace for vicibox server installation from where i can deploy it instant server but they are not aware of that can you pls send me the rackspace market link of vicibox

also answering machine and no answer autodial calls are not getting disconnected from asterisk its keep on connected with carrier also i have noticed that answering machine calls are not getting hit to agents but from background of asterisk its connected
