That is not presently a feature of Vicidail. Probably because it's too easy to write a sql query to change a remote agent between ACTIVE and INACTIVE at specific times.
Most, however, change the remote agents to INACTIVE automatically, but reserve ACTIVE for a manual change at the start of shift by a manager to avoid activation when there is nobody in the room during any unusual staffing incidents.
