Recoding for remote agent

My configration is
Campaign recording is disable (because i understand the outgoing call to mobile of remote agent it isnt campaign call)
Ingroup recorde is all calls
Agent recording is 1

Please your support to help that i faced same problem as below member mention it before as below

Hi there guys i have set up a Remote agent where it calls an external number and used it for inbound calls, where inbound calls come in and route to this ingroup where remote agents are added, but the problem even the campaign and ingroup is set to ALL CALLS recording on the remote agent user i don't see any recording at all

only this 7000_20191111-134238_5402357257_DEBT and when i tried to search for the file with that in audio format like .mp3 still i can't find any files at all, any idea how to set recordings for this setup.?

how many lines does this remote agent have?

Just one line and external extension is mobile phone and the call establish by dial plan in extension.conf in default context 8xxxxxx,1,dial....
When we make an outgoing call from agent screen interface the call is recorded.but when in coming call com through ingroup then divert to remote agent didnt recorde.

Try changing "routing initiated recording". Whatever it's set to, change it. Test.

Try "all force". Change it. Test.

Also provide CLI from a test-call inbound. No other traffic on the CLI example. But one call from beginning to end.

I get the impression you have been doing things outside the realm of what is in the Vicidial Manager's Manual for initial setup of your system. Complex configuration options are not required to get recordings to work. Go back to "clean slate" and don't try to modify your system beyond that standard configuration.

For instance: Inbound calls are sent to "trunkinbound" and that's all there is. No dialplan is involved outside that one step. As a result of that step, the inbound call from a prospect to any agent (logged in or remote) are recorded with the basic setup.

Once you step into the custom dialplan entry, I have to suspect that your non-standard configuration options are likely in the way of a functional system.

Perhaps you should try a fresh install (on a virtual server?) with no such customizations as a test. You may find this was a lot easier than you are trying.
