I fallowed all the steps in the SCRATCH_INSTALL file but these AST_manager_listner and send is not working. I want to know through which file vicidialer is writing the database to config files.

Hi
Vicidial any of the scripts does not update
sip.conf or extenstion.conf
If you have followed scratch_install
its clearly mention to edit manually for the configurations
as mentioned in the scratch_install
you need to put some of the perl files as mentioned in the document
in the crontab.
check they are running or not using
ps -ef
and screen -r
and try to run manually and see you get any errors ?
